Lalin Property PCL was established on 8 September 1988 by the two distinguished shareholders, namely, Mr. Taveesak Watcharekawong and Mr. Chaiyan Chakarakul, with an initial registered capital of 20 million Baht. Since then, the company has conducted the business based on its philosophy of "House Building with Good Intention". The company launched... its first townhouse project named "Lully Ville", which were situated in two prime locations: Srinakarin Road and Tupatheme Road. The project comprised 800 units of townhouses totally constructed in 88-rai site with the value of 1,100 million Baht. At present, this project was successfully sold out: however, the company continued to develop more housing projects even in the unfavorable economic crisis in 1977. At that time, the company wat recognized as the victorious player in the housing market that applied new marketing campaigns for its housing projects such as "Friend-Get-Friend" promotion. The company also introduced the Escrow Account Scheme to build confidence and trustworthy relationship to the prospective customers. Additionally, the company has pioneered and initiated the strategy to buy the projects and lands which were the byprocuct of the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) scheme including the auctions of the Fincncial Sector Restructuring Authority (FRA). Therefore, the company could continue the housing projects with the growth of annual sales and investmentsum. Moreover, despite of the intense competition, the company could expand the projects in four locations of inner Bangkok including CBD zone, Eastern zone, Nothern zone and Southerm zone. With an impressive growht, the registered capital of the company has been continuously incresaed for the futher development of housing projects.
