Lakeshore EMS was founded in 2011 with the idea to give a more affordable and excellent medical transportation provider to Lake and Porter County. We are under the medical direction of St. Anthony's Franciscan Health Care System in Crown Point, Indiana. All your medical information is kept confidential and in trusted hands. Billing is done accurately and with precision in order to avoid inaccurate billing practices. Before you are transported by us you will be evaluated to see if you qualify for ambulance transport.
