Lake McLean Inc. synthesizes the experience and expertise of two organizations that have provided organizational development and learning solutions to clients since 1978 and 1985 respectively: Communicare Inc. and Lake McLean Consultants. David McLean founded Lake McLean Consultants in 1985 providing learning solutions to Sheridan Institute of Tech... nology and Advanced Learning. While continuing to partner with Sheridan, Lake McLean developed a comprehensive portfolio of solutions as David and his team designed a wide variety of leadership, supervisory, and relationship building learning solutions for their clients. Working as Organizational Development consultants, their primary role has been to ensure that learning solutions selected to solve performance challenges provided both for the acquisition and application of skills and knowledge. Communicare Inc., founded in 1978 by Neill MacMillan, provides behaviour-based training solutions in key areas of leadership, coaching, sales and teamwork. Working with American partners Psychological Associates, Inc., Communicare facilitators, trainers and coaches use the Dimensional® Training System¢ to help clients develop an organizational climate characterized by collaboration, mutual respect and optimal business results.
