About Us The Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) is a public-private partnership established by Law of the Lagos State House of Assembly in 2007 with the mandate to source for resources (cash or kind) to improve the operational capacity of the Police, OP MESA (Army, Navy and Air force), Department of State Services (DSS), Nigeria Prisons Servic... e (NPS), Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) and other security agencies in Lagos State particularly the Rapid Response Squad (RRS). We provide these agencies with patrol vehicles, gun boats, bullet-proof vests and helmets, uniforms, trainings, welfare packages, etc. from the voluntary donations received from Public and Private Organizations and well-meaning individuals to enable them in the effective discharge of their duties.
