Lacy Roofing Ltd was founded in 1971 by Perry Lacy and Phil Bowes. Over the years the company built up an excellent reputation as a traditional roofing contractor carrying out work for local contractors. In 1998 Robert Lacy joined the company with a vision of expanding the business throughout the North West. From this the company grew and soon esta... blished a reputation undertaking large contracts with local authorities and government institutions throughout the North of England. Due to the rapid growth of the company it's soon outgrew its original premises at Park Road, Liverpool. So in 1999 the company relocated to new purpose built accommodation at 12-30 Parliament Street Liverpool 8 to accommodate our growing work force. In mid 2007 Lacy Roofing Ltd had a management take over by members of there management team. Both Nick Hooper and Paul Ferguson who had worked for Lacy Roofing for a number of years and have over 50 years of experience between them within the construction industry, decided that it was the right time for them to take the helm at Lacy Roofing.
