Laba Holdings was established in 2009 with the support of ExxonMobil PNG. We have grown rapidly in meeting the needs of the PNG LNG project from construction through to production and now provide labour and support services in the sectors of; camp maintenance, security, logistics, civil works, plant and equipment and at call general semi-skilled an... d skilled labour. In 2012, we began to diversify our business and expand our horizons. Consequently, a subsidiary company was formed to pursue opportunities in the construction sector - Laba Construction and Civil Works Limited. As a landowner company, we have gained experience and capability by executing numerous contracts in partnership with the PNG LNG project. We have a strong focus on manpower development and provision and have sourced thousands of team members from our local communities and all over PNG. Our talented employees have been assigned to a wide variety of clients from smaller local contractors to major international corporations. Our people have gained valuable knowledge, skills and safety attitudes working predominantly with world class engineering, construction and energy companies. Our organisation works in compliance with Statutory and Regulatory Authorities as well as client systems. Our employees have also learnt to align with international standards and best practice across a range of industries.
