We are able to regrind your existing tools,... modify new tools to your special specifications, manufacture specials, provide coating options, and also provide a pickup and delivery service. In essence our customers profit from our ability to be a single source tool regrinding and manufacturing facility. We maintain stock blanks and perform tools alterations; Therefore, radius and chamfers can be modified from stock and delivered or shipped within 24 hours with just one phone call (Large quantities and coating services may affect delivery time). Drill software for our 7 axis tool and cutter grinders, allow us to sharpen tools to the manufacturers specifications including: SECO, Carboloy, Titex, Guhring, Sandvik, Iscar, Sumitomo, OSG, Acme, Kennametal, Mitsubishi, Ingersol & Natchi. Loading robotsallow us to manufacture and regrind "lights out" and with our computerized inspection equipment we are able to execute ultra high tolerance levels with repeatability. With our Anca Cimulator software, we can import dxf./dwg. files direct from customers, manipulate the cutters in virtual 3-D, and get signed off print approval before the wheel touches the blank.
