We maintain stock blanks and perform tools alterations; Therefore, radius and chamfers can be modified from stock and delivered or shipped within 24 hours with just one phone call (Large quantities and coating services may affect delivery time). Drill software for our 7 axis tool and cutter grinders, allow us to sharpen tools to the manufacturers specifications including: SECO, Carboloy, Titex, Guhring, Sandvik, Iscar, Sumitomo, OSG, Acme, Kennametal, Mitsubishi, Ingersol & Natchi. Loading robotsallow us to manufacture and regrind "lights out" and with our computerized inspection equipment we are able to execute ultra high tolerance levels with repeatability.
