KPDT is a simple yet effective system (of self defense) that is appropriate for anyone. The techniques (KPDT Solutions) can be used with a weapon or empty hands. The Instructor is well versed in self defense and is an excellent teacher. I highly recommend this system. And though I learned a lot from those other systems I really never felt confident that I could effectively defend against an armed attack, until I studied KPDT.
