Our home is known to us as "Sauk Prairie". On a map, it is referenced as the twin communities of Sauk City and Prairie du Sac. This area has been our law firm's... home for nearly seventy-five years. The Sauk Prairie Office is located in the heart of the downtown business district in the Village of Prairie du Sac, overlooking the beautiful and changing Wisconsin River. Our offices sit at the river bank and offer exceptional views of Wisconsin at it's natural best. The firm was founded in the 1930's by Attorney Charles J. Ploetz. In the early 1960's the firm became Ploetz & Glynn, with the addition of Attorney Gerald T. Glynn. In the intervening years Patrick J. Taggart joined the firm. Taggart was later elected Sauk County Circuit Court Judge. In the late 1970's Attorney Carl R. Marquardt merged his Sauk City practice into the firm. Bob Curtin, practiced with Marquardt. and was later elected Sauk County Circuit Court Judge. In 1980 Attorney Dale Carlson and Rick Koeck joined the firm. Franklin R. Kirk followed in 1984. Jama S. Graves joined the firm in the late 1990's. Over the years the firm has gone through a number of name changes, however the central mission of Carlson Koeck Kirk & Graves has remained constant: provide trusted advice to our individual and business clients everyday.
