KO Property Development, LLC was started in Guthrie, Oklahoma in 2016. Having grown up in Guthrie, Nick O'Connell takes pride in his hometown so when the opportunity was presented to start reviving some of the older areas in town, he couldn't wait to get started. Nick graduated from Oklahoma State University with two degrees in business administration focusing on finance and accounting. His background is in financial planning and analysis. After several years of interest in real estate, Nick finally decided to pursue his dreams and began building quality, affordable homes in his hometown of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Paige graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in business administration with a focus in accounting and minor in marketing. Like Nick, her background is also in financial planning and analysis. In 2017 she decided to follow her passion and start a career in real estate. She is a licensed Realtor in Oklahoma and works for The Ochs Real Estate team in Guthrie. She is very dedicated to helping buyers find their perfect home.
