In 1975, 4 years after graduating from Stevens Trade School, Dennis Knowlton founded Knowlton Construction. Starting with only a handful of employees, the company's focus was on residential work. In the 80's we grew into more commercial work, adding employees and more up to date equipment. In 2003 Knowlton Construction incorporated, becoming Knowlt... on & Sons Masonry Construction Inc. and now employ over 80 workers on average including a full time office staff and use's only the most effective equipment. Since 2003 we have completed many commercial jobs. Including the Walmart Super Center (Wilkes Barre, PA), Athens Audrielle Lynch Elementary School, Wilkes University Student Union Center, as well as the Kingston Fire Company just to name a few. At Knowlton & Sons Masonry we strive to set ourselves apart from other's in our field, not only through our quality of work but through our work ethic. We are a family oriented shop. We have set up health, dental and vision insurance for our workers, as well as training and most importantly safety classes for all workers. We have initiated a 401k plan and drug screening.
