Brothers Emerson and Peter and Emerson's son Cole lead the company. Emerson is lead estimator and senior manager. Peter and Cole are area managers overseeing multiple projects. Emerson's wife Karen manages the office and accounting, and Nadine, the daughter of Emerson and Karen is the company's senior safety coordinator. The number of people employed range from 40 to 100 throughout the year. The fleet of equipment has grown to over 150 pieces of equipment. Emerson works closely with a very experienced project manager, Cal Stewart to bid, manage and execute existing and newly acquired projects. Many times both of these men offer their knowledge and expertise to new clients in not only the execution of a project but the design. Our company has the knowledge to provide the best way to complete the work. As area managers, Peter and Cole strive to maintain reliable, knowledgeable and experienced crews to execute our projects. We have many long standing employees that we rely on every day for their professionalism to complete the work. Both of these men have worked every aspect of the job. They have been the labourer, the operator, the job foreman and through the years gained the knowledge and experience to be able to successfully manage their projects, maintain their fleet of equipment and train and help develop valuable workers. Peter and Cole also very much have input along with Emerson and the project manager when it comes to the best way to execute a project. Karen started the paperwork with literally the basics. A pen, a pencil, a ledger and a chequebook.
