After spending a good part of his early life abroad, where he became fluent in Spanish and French, Robert Kleinfeldt graduated with his B.A. in History... from the University of Wisconsin. Shortly thereafter, he attended Barry School of law where he acquired his J.D. from Barry University School of Law. While completing his undergraduate degree, Attorney Kleinfeldt worked for his Aunts Law firm in Wisconsin where he learned the essential cornerstones for the operation of an efficient, diligent, and compassionate legal practice. While in law school, Attorney Kleinfeldt worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Faye Allen of the 9th Judicial Circuit of Orange County in the County Civil division. Shortly thereafter, he attended Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate. Attorney Kleinfeldt was admitted to practice in both the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2014. Since being admitted, Attorney Kleinfeldt has centered his practice around the areas of Business Litigation, Bankruptcy (Chapters 7 and 13), Mergers and Acquisitions, Asset Protection, Estate planning.
