When necessary, we negotiate terms with the insurance company to get the best solution for the client. Ultimately, our clients choose insurance policies with confidence those are the best fit for their organizational goals. We are fully licensed for Life & Health insurance and appointed with all major carriers. Once benefits, carriers, and policies are selected, we create financial analyses including cost-sharing strategies which achieve our clients goals for financial performance. This analysis essentially establishes the clients actual benefit cost for the plan year and supports budgeting estimates from earlier phases. Once the cost-sharing strategies are finalized, we then create materials to communicate benefits and costs to employees. These materials include forms and notices to document what benefits are offered to employees as well as their rights as potential plan participants. Communicating benefits is one way to demonstrate the value of benefits to employees and support the clients cultural values.
