The fee is non-refundable. All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis. The payments made by the Customer online are for services previously rendered by the Company. : System Access Fee charges a non-refundable service fee for the use of its software, service and the secure infrastructure to make a payment to your billing company. This fee is separate, over and above your bill payment amount. Privacy Policy: Your information is secure and will only be used for the purpose of processing this payment transaction. By Clicking on the "I agree to the terms and conditions", you agree to pay the total amount charged which includes both the bill payment amount to be paid directly to the billing company and the System Access Fee service fee to be paid directly to System Access Fee. Please note that System Access Fee Service Fee is collected directly by System Access Fee for the use of its software, service and the secure infrastructure to make this payment to the billing company.
