Like anyone contemplating renovations, finding the right contractor is paramount. As someone relatively new to Vancouver that task seemed daunting. I did my homework and talked to as many people as I could. I identified commitment to the project, superior workmanship from the team, ongoing communication including listening skills and coming in on b... udget as my must haves for the project. I consider myself fortunate to have chosen Kitchens by Design. Ron and his team surpassed my expectations. Shortly into my condo renos, water under the floor was discovered and we lost approximately 3 months of time while the strata corrected the issue. At no time during this process did I feel abandoned. Ron and his team were supportive and involved as we stepped back for the necessary 3 months to allow the strata work to be completed. Work resumed immediately after the strata work was completed. The outstanding quality and craftsmanship are easily visible. The positive comments from others are ongoing. To say that I met my initial goals in choosing a contractor would be an understatement.
