There are project managers, order managers, and purchasing managers, and they are all Kitchen Central employees, not contractors. Process-driven work flows captured and shared... via a centralized computer system ensure that project details are at everyone's fingertips and therefore completed to each clients' specifications. "You have to invest in these things," Ric says. "It's easy to say you care about the customer but it's something else to actually invest in the systems needed to manage the projects." While Kitchen Central handles many types of home updates, Ric understands the unique and special place the kitchen holds as the heart of a home. "As a husband and a father, the kitchen is where we spend so much of our quality time and where we make a lot of the memories in our home. With Kitchen Central, I want to help create a special place for people that is a source of pride, to share with family and friends. Everyone knows that kitchens provide a good return on investment, but we get excited about creating that personal, special space, whether to share or enjoy by yourself."
