Kingston Property Services and Livingspaces provide Estate Agency, Property and Estate Services to 11,000 homeowners. We are part of the Bernicia Group which was established in 2008, bringing together an existing Registered Social Provider, Cheviot Homes, and a large scale voluntary transfer organisation, Wansbeck Homes.
