Kimberly's background spans over 15 years from residential and commercial des... ign to award-winning model homes. After earning her degree in Interior Design, she gained valuable experience at design firms in St. Louis as well as 4 years in San Diego, CA. Since moving back to St. Louis in 2008, she broadened her skills working on multi-family loft developments & historic renovations downtown. She launched K Designs in 2008 and has succeeded at residential & commercial design, along with event planning and aesthetics. She has appeared on Great Day St. Louis, had projects published in St. Louis AT HOME magazine & taught decorating classes at Pottery Barn in Plaza Frontenac. Kimberly has been involved with several local organizations and community campaigns, including STLDesignWeek, HavenHouse St. Louis, and most importantly, DesignSpeak. Her insight into the St. Louis design community led her to launch DesignSpeak in 2009 as a way of connecting design professionals, inspiring homeowners and promoting local resources.
