Sara has been trained to the highest level in Deep Tissue, Sports, Remedial, Prenatal and Clinical Massage. Using a fusion of techniques including Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Therapy, Soft Tissue Release (STR) and the use of hot and/or cold stones to enhance the effectiveness of each treatment.
