My name is Geordie Stewart. For the past 5 years I have been a territory sales manager for Okada America. With many quality competitors out there, I decided that I would like to provide my dealers and their customers a service that most sales managers can not offer. Many equipment dealers get very busy throughout the year and attachments often do n... ot take priority or customers units may take 3-4 weeks to get around to if it is busy enough. KGS not only sub contracts with our dealers for Okada products but we can also accept work directly from the end user with many major brands of hammers in order to provide a quicker turn around and specialized service. We openly communicate with our customers, keeping lead times reasonable and well known so our customers can plan ahead on their job site. When my dealers or customers have an issue it becomes my issue and I care as much as they do to get it solved or find a solution. My name is Johnnie Gibbons. My maintenance career has taken me all over the world starting in the United States Army which I served for 9 years repairing heavy equipment with Combat Engineers. I then had the opportunity to work for RDO Equipment for 18 years as a mechanic which eventually lead to Shop foreman, while also pursuing a Bachelors in Business Management. In 2016 I accepted the role as Service Manager at KGS Demolition Attachment Services. In my years in the maintenance field I feel that people want certain things. Honesty, communication, fairness, dependability and most of all solutions. These are just a few of the things that our customers and manufacturing partners can expect from us here at KGS Demolition Attachment Services now and in the future to come.
