Differing cultures, varied languages, and other barriers prevent many people from seeking medical care that could promote a healthier lifestyle and result in improved health status. By recognizing such needs, Keystone has made it a part of its mission to adapt and meet the requirements of special populations, offering a system of health care delivery that ensures primary health care for all, regardless of special circumstances.
