Keystone Appraisals Inc. was established in 2006 and has served thousands of property owners across the region in the years since. Since 2017 the firm has been owned and operated by business partners Oliver Berkeley and Rob Norton. Oliver is the Consulting Partner of the firm. Originally training as a CA in the City of London banking and corporate... insolvency sector, he has extensive experience in real estate development and project management. Rob is the firm's Commercial Partner. He is an AACI, P.App designated appraiser and brings with him significant experience in real estate valuation and management from both the private and public sector. Keystone is presently the largest real estate appraisal and consulting firm in the Kootenays and operates out of three main locations: Trail, Nelson, and Cranbrook. All appraisers on the Keystone team are designated through the Appraisal Institute of Canada and our reports meet the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. The firm's current multi-partner model focuses the team's range of experience and professional skill set into the various geographical and economic sectors.
