In 1983, the Baton Rouge office was established by Jeffrey Welsh, and has become a full-service real estate company, specializing in leasing and property management, while maintaining an aggressive approach to sales, focusing on investment as well as... residential properties. Keyfinders currently manages approximately 350 units comprised of multi-family, single family, and commercial properties. In addition, Keyfinders provides a consignment-leasing program on a continuing basis to approximately 100 property owners.
