We operate out of the Cayman Islands and travel almost year round. Many of our travels are to explore new areas and opportunities. Other travels are to inspect new properties. We recommend hotel rooms, student accommodations, property funds, condos and apartments, as well as single and multi-family homes. How do I know that you are a reputable comp... any? We will never ask for you to send us money. We do not believe in charging a "finder's fee" which is common for investment brokers. As soon as you show interest in a property, we will get you in touch with attorneys and the developer. If you are purchasing the property from us, we will also get you in touch with an attorney. As part of your due diligence you will be able to learn about the development you are interested in, we will in the meantime remain available should you need to contact us. How do you choose the investment opportunities? From our research and our network. In many cases we have personally invested into the development or into other units that were built or managed by the same development company. We also have thousands of developers that contact us to review different investment opportunities of which we perform due diligence on. What returns can I realistically expect to achieve? Capital gains are nearly impossible to predict. What we can do is show what yields other investments in the same complex are currently generating. Net yields average from 6 to 10%. In some cases, these are higher, in some cases they may be lower. In some cases, the net yields are lower but the potential for capital gains are higher. Are there any extra charges other than my investment?
