Your 2020 Kenmara Homeowners' Association Annual fee is due on April 1, 2020. Please pay on time to avoid late fees. If you are interested, just search for Kenmara Neighborhood in FB search and request to join. Please remember that ANY CHANGES TO YOUR PROPERTY (grounds or exterior) must be submitted for KHO Board approval through John Cunningham (JohnTCunningham@hotmail.com). As this process takes some time, please submit the required plans as far in advance as possible. Examples of things requiring approval include: patios, decks, walkways, shutters, doors (including garage), pools, and additions.
