The following is a listing of service s provided by our firm: Boundary Surveys - from typical lot surveys of platted lots to large rural acreages requiring section breakdown of one or several sections Topographic Surveys ALTA Surveys Preliminary & Final Platting Services Building Permit Surveys Easement Survey - for right-of-way descriptions, ponding easements, utility easements, pipeline easements, etc... CADD Services - (Computer Drafting utilizing autocad software) Horizontal & Vertical Control Surveys Location Surveys Tree Surveys Site & Grading Plans GPS Surveys Condominium & CIC Plats Construction Stakeout and Construction Asbuilt Surveys Cell Phone Towers & Pipeline Surveys Utilizing the newest technologies as much as possible, we currently have four Leica Electronic Robotic total stations including two of Leica's latest model 1201 (1 second robotic) capable of one person operation. Kemper & Associates was one of the first survey firms in Minnesota to embrace the use of GPS when 3 Leica GPS receivers were purchased in 1994. Since then Kemper and Associates has purchased 5 additional real time duel frequency units including two of Leica's latest 1200 models which utilize the Minnesota Department of Transportation Virtual Reference Network for use in acquiring high quality GPS positions throughout Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin in a rapid time and efficient manner without the need to set up base stations. We also were one of the first in Minnesota to utilize electronic levels and have two Leica levels which read and electronically record level note measurements from scanning a bar-coded staff.
