Rick has been in the business for over 40 years, and Eric has been for the last 20. Throughout their time in the industry they've dealt with a range of Customer Relationship Management systems and they kept finding that nothing worked with the software and technologies used. Together, they decided to build their own. The pair started out with a mobile application to help salespeople easily collect information without having to write it down. This app became DealScan and led to the creation of our entire suite, which cuts the car buying process from several hours to around an hour.
