KEI Industries has announced a new capital expenditure of INR 700 crore for its Bhiwadi (Salarpur) factory, to be completed over the next two years, with INR 300 to 350 crore allocated for the current financial year and the remaining balance to be deployed in the following year. KEI Industries has reported that its Sanand project is not yet fully completed, with Phase 1 covering low voltage and medium voltage power cable operational and e-beam cable machinery added and operational in Q2, while the Extra High Voltage power cable project including a 152-meter tall tower under construction is expected to be commissioned by March 2027, at which point full capacity with 70% to 75% utilization is anticipated.
