Involved in emergency response since 1990, Robb is trained in all hazard response including: fire, emergency medical response, HAZ-MAT, technical rescue, emergency management, incident command, emergency planning and exercise development. Robb has also served as a Public Information Officer at the local and county levels and has extensive media relations training. He is a state licensed Paramedic, and holds certifications as a Fire Officer, HAZ-MAT Technician, Fire Instructor, CPR Instructor, ACLS/PALS Instructor, and has completed the Emergency Management Professional Development Series (FEMA).
