Hi! We're Karen and Barbara (or K & B), the founders and instructors of KB Kickboxing, Northport's premiere kickboxing studio. We came into this venture with 17 combined years of experience leading kickboxing classes, and 10 years of friendship, and are grateful every day for the opportunity to share our classes and friendship with you. At KB Kickb... oxing, you'll find experienced instructors, a welcoming and judgement free environment, and a strong community there to help you achieve your goals. So, whether you want to get in shape, lose a few pounds, or even just pick up a healthy new hobby, we're sure we can help you out.
