About KARS Transport
KARS Transport was founded in 2000. It originally began as K.A.R.T Services Inc., in 1995 by Richard and Kathy Shuster, the owners . This is where the KARS came from (Kathy and Richard Shuster). Richard began his career in this industry in 1977 as a driver/mechanic. He and Kathy both went to work for MNX truck line in 1987. Richard started as a dispatcher and was Director of Fleet Operations when the company was sold in 1994. Kathy worked in billing and administrative at MNX until they sold in 1994. That's when they decided to start their own company, K.A.R.T. Services Inc. They started out in 1995 working out of their home with one truck, growing K.A.R.T to 65 trucks and 80 employees'. They sold K.A.R.T Services in 2000 and began KARS Transport shortly thereafter. KARS currently has 15 trucks/drivers, that work the Midwest region hauling dry van freight.Explore more
