We partner with stakeholders, community groups and city officials to get potentially contentious projects built in difficult political environments. And we work hand-in-hand with contractors, making use of their on-site experience to ensure efficient construction. Begun by architect and general contractor Charles Kahn in 1984, KDA has been designing energy efficient buildings for over two decades. With a deep commitment to sustainable design and six LEED AP staff members, we have recently launched Converge, a branch of the firm specializing in sustainability consulting and LEED certification assistance.
