KA Gold LLC is a private Nevada Limited Liability Company that acquires and explores high-quality mineral properties throughout the Americas and also provides exploration services to the mining industry. KA Gold has multiple projects in the Great Basin of the western United States and has established a partnership with a prominent mid-tier precious... metal producer to explore a portion of this portfolio. The Company is interested in acquiring additional mineral exploration and mine development projects in order to expand our business platform. KA Gold has two Managing Partners, Kimberly Ann and Brian Maher, who have extensive experience in the mineral industry and capital markets: Ms. Kimberly Ann, Managing Partner: Ms. Kimberly Ann is a corporate development and finance specialist with over 20 years marketing experience in branding, investor relations and finance. She has served as CFO, Vice President and Board Member for multiple TSX-listed Junior Mining companies. In the past eight years, Kimberly Ann has raised over $150M in project financing and directed three major junior mining rebranding projects. While at Prodigy Gold, Kimberly Ann was responsible for all aspects of the company's corporate communication program, facilitating equity financings, generating analyst coverage, participating in key aspects of corporate M&A leading to the $340M buyout by Argonaut Gold. Kimberly is currently Founder, CEO, President and Director of Latin America Resource Group, a private company focused on copper mine development and exploration projects throughout Latin America. Kimberly Ann attended the University of Washington, majoring in Business and Marketing. Mr. Brian J Maher, Managing Partner: Brian is an economic geologist with over 34 years of experience in the international mining and exploration industry.
