The Strategic Resource Program is really the only "product" we sell at Just Solutions. Its sole purpose is to help our partners identify unused or under-used resources available to them that can make their business more efficient and more profitable. These resources can take many forms-available capital, underleveraged land, credit facilities, huma... n resources, new technologies, tax-efficient corporate structures, simple labour and, most valuable of all, time. But once a resource is "discovered", our farm partner can then begin to use it to his advantage. It's not necessarily an easy thing to do. It takes time and education. It requires a mindset that sees opportunity where others see crisis. Above all, it requires commitment on both sides of the relationship. When a farm business enrolls in our Strategic Resource Program, they allow us to partner with them with the shared goal of making that business more successful. Depending upon how involved the farm wants us to be in its day-to-day business, we offer three different "levels" of partnership. Once we become your partner, regardless of level, our first task is to take the information you have on hand-financial reporting, yield data, past insurance history-and use it to help you examine your decision-making process. We want you to understand the reasons behind the way you manage your farm business. Is your approach logical, or emotional? Is it based on historic results, or does it depend on future trends? We hope you will see your risk management and business management strategies in a new way. From there, we help you find the combination of products and services that offer more effective ways of using your available resources, including resources you may previously not been aware of.
