The management team behind Fountainhead and The Bar on Buena is excited to announce that we have contracted to buy Copper House. Our team will be assuming management of the existing business immediately and run the establishment under the interim name Meantime." We are excited to be extending our presence in the North Side's thriving food and bever... age community. For us, this is a further investment in the culinary and liquid communality in which we operate and it was a natural progression for us. Jury's was exactly the type of neighborhood place that we enjoy. We are very excited to be part of this locations next chapter and to have added Patrick Eberle, former general manager of Sheffield's Beer and Wine Garden to our team as head of beverage. We look forward to creating a stellar food and beverage program worthy of this flourishing neighborhood. In the "Meantime," we will make some changes to the food and beverage program, serving hearty winter fare and offering a delicious winter beverage program. We do plan to close down the space in March to re-concept and open the new establishment in late spring. More details about the future of "Meantime" will be available in early February..
