Junior Learning is located in Huntington Beach, Southern California. This exciting region is the creative hub for the world's most successful toy and media companies. Junior Learning was founded by Duncan Milne and his wife, Anna Kirschberg, to establish synergies across the fields of toy design and educational publishing. Dr Duncan has a PhD in ed... ucation from Auckland University, New Zealand and is alumni of Harvard University, USA. He has authored numerous journal articles, books, resources, games and toys in education and psychology. He has travelled all over the world providing teacher training, conference presentations and advising governments. He served on the executive council of the British Educational Suppliers Association for five years, two of these years as Chairman of the Special Needs Group. Dr Duncan also gave the key note address at UNESCO's World Dyslexia Forum in Paris, and volunteers his time as director of Tools for Literacy at Dyslexia International. Anna has an MSc in geography from Auckland University, New Zealand. She has written several children's stories and books for teaching reading acquisition and comprehension.
