Established in 1995. Our menus change monthly using the freshest products available. What we call fun American food, with Europe and Asian influence, that is "robust, flavorful, and exciting." Reservations are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome as seating permits. Juliano's is located in a building which originally served as the livery stable to t... he sandstone "Castle" built by Austin North in 1902. It was Renovated in 1930, by Mrs. Murray, into a charming victorian home and over the years was home to a number of prominent Billings Families. In February of 1995 Juliano's was purchased by chef Carl Kurokawa, Tim Keating and Dave McCurdy. Chef Carl is originally from Hilo, Hawaii, and has been named Montana's "chef of the year" too many times to count.
