At Judson Park we focus on our culture of Extraordinary Professionals Serving Extraordinary People. We do this by lifting up team members who demonstrate our values and commitments in their relationships and work efforts. Across the campus we have 8 suggestions boxes and AbWOW cards always available for residents, guests, families and other team me... mbers to share words of gratitude for each other. We have been reinforcing with our team that being creative and innovative is encouraged here at Judson Park and putting your own signature on your work makes our community very special. Every month, one AbWOW card recipient is randomly selected to be framed in the hallway, given a front row parking spot and acknowledged at our monthly resident Town Hall meeting. This month, team member Angelica Cabrera was selected! As housekeeper, Angelica has perfected a clear and organized cleaning schedule with the residents in mind. She is constantly showing great dedication to our Lodge residents and our community. We are thankful to have Angelica as part of the Judson Park team, as she empowers others to be innovative and in tune with our residents.
