Jubilee Choir

The Jubilee Choir was founded by Ian Ledsham in 2002 to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen's Golden Jubilee. We perform a wide variety of choral music, from classical masses to modern pieces, sometimes accompanied by professional soloists and an orchestra or individual musicians . We have twin aims - to entertain people and to have in the choir singer... s from each decade. We are particularly keen to encourage singers in the 16-40 age group. The Jubilee Choir is now very fortunate to be directed by Oliver Tarney, a gifted leader and talented composer, who is an inspiration to us and coaches the choir to a high standard.
