JTM Associates, Inc. is an independent consulting firm founded by Joseph T. Massey, Jr. in 1970. JTM specializes in domestic and international telecommunications, facilities management, corporate strategic planning, and the engineering, design, supervision of implementation, and training of low voltage systems.
