However, in the event that any of our products are found to be faulty, our customers may return them to us subject to the following criteria: All faulty goods should be accompanied by a valid till receipt. Faulty goods should be returned to us complete with all original parts. Where... a fault, or the cause of a fault, is not apparent JTF reserve the right to send the item for examination or testing before deciding on any action to be taken. Any faulty goods returned showing wear, which cannot be reasonably repaired, may have an amount deducted from the credit note or refund.
