JSM Indochina is a property fund set up to invest in retail and residential property primarily in the central urban districts of the main cities in Indochina. Over the last three years, Craig Jones has been actively acquiring properties in this sector. The real estate portfolio will comprise real estate assets which are either already operational,... under construction or those which are suitable for the development of serviced apartments and retail centres usually with an 18-36 month completion period. Strong relationships with local development partners enable us to be involved in the management of all phases of development including; land acquisition, design, entitlements, construction and management. We are therefore in a position to continue to source future investment opportunities and we are confident that JSM Indochina offers an identified, credible and visible pipeline. We intend to grow the real estate portfolio primarily by investing in development projects with our partners and managing these projects in order to maximize rental income and value.
