I agree to the Ts & Cs. 1.1. The Company shall mean JSA LOGISTICS. 1.2. The client means the consignor or consignee. 1.3. The goods means the subject matter of the consignment appearing on the face of the JSA Logistics waybill/invoice/load confirmation sheet and/or any other company. 2.1. If the goods are consigned pre-paid, payment shall be paid b... y the client to the company, unless facilities confirmed by the company in writing have been arranged. 2.2. If the company accepts clients instructions without actual prepayment of charges, in the absence of facilities, as foresaid, the charges shall be due, owing and payable by the client on request. 2.3. If the goods are consigned collect the company will request payment from the consignee but if payment is not forthcoming for any reason whatsoever, the companys charges shall be paid for by the client on request. 2.4. Where the company applies, unilaterally, a general increase to its freight date or a general surcharge in respect of increased costs, any such increase or surcharge shall apply to all transactions, and shall be accepted by the client even if the client has not received notification of such increase and surcharge. 2.5. Any quotations, to bind the company, shall be given in writing and shall lapse if not taken up within 7 days thereafter, but even any specifically quoted rate shall be subject to rates increases and surcharges as provided in 2.4. 3.1. The client shall ensure the face of each JSA Logistics waybill/invoice or documentation is properly completed in every respect and shall be bound by the accuracy of descriptions, values and other particulars furnished thereon and shall be deemed to have indemnified the company against all claims, losses, penalties, damages, expenses and fines howsoever arising from any inaccuracy or omission. 3.2.
