About Jpnewton Consulting
The Value of JPNEWTON CONSULTING, LLC My name is Dr. James Preston Newton. I was raised in the Seneca/Babcock area of South Buffalo, NY. I graduated from Southside High School in Buffalo and one teacher, Mr. Burt M. Lock, took an interest in me and gave me the confidence to go to college and become a teacher. I did get my teacher certification and I was a public school teacher for 11 years. My administrative career included being a middle school assistant principal, middle and high school principal, and school superintendent in NYS for a total of 31 years in public education. I retired in June 2017, but did not stay retired long. I was an UBER driver for a brief time and interim high school principal.
