As your coach I listen deeply without judgment assisting you to explore the wisdom of your heart, mind and body and call on your natural resourcefulness, resilience and creativity. I will ask powerful questions and challenge you to define your core values, goals, concerns and strengths. We will develop your personal action plan to break through barriers and self-limiting beliefs. I will be your witness and hold you accountable to your own goals and dreams. All of this is done with a sense of deep compassion, respect, fun and possibility while creating actionable strategies to reach your goals.
