Joe's Construction has been established since 1992 and is a family business, owned and operated by Josip and David Kardos. With more than 30years experience, Josip and David are qualified carpenters, registered builders, members of the Master Builders Association and Housing Industry Association of Victoria. Joe's Construction has much experience i... n the building industry, Josip coming from a background of furniture making in Europe to working in the building industry in Australia for the past 35 years. David has worked with his father Josip for the past 15years, from early years contracting as carpenters, to the beginning of Joe's Construction to what it is today. The company takes much pride in all aspects of their work, being hands on as well as managers to bring exceptionally high quality to every home that is built. Joe's Construction has built many homes, unit developments, extensions and renovations and has much experience in building the larger than usual, architectural or contemporary home, incorporating pools, tennis courts, home automation and total landscape design and construction to finish the project.
