Jim ha more than 30 years experience working with people in a variety of setti... ngs. As a school psychologist, he has worked with children, families and systems. As a community volunteer he has been instrumental in addressing real issues that are barriers to community stability including poverty and racism. As a music leader, youth leader and Sunday School teacher, he has lived out his faith in active, relevant ways. Over the past several years, he has become a respected speaker and trainer helping individuals and systems take a fresh look at themselves and challenging unspoken assumptions that people often make about those they are serving. Making great use of humor and story telling, Jim encourages those in secular and sacred settings to renew their commitment to serving others with joy and passion. Jim has developed a network of people with whom he works professionally and personally who share his passion for serving others well.
