We offer an advice and recommendation service which is tailored to your own individual needs. We offer mortgages from the intermediary mortgage market, which means we operate from a comprehensive range of providers. We do not advise on products available directly from lenders. Each client is assigned their own fully qualified, dedicated completions Manager - Merril Kent - who will help guide you through the whole process. We work on your behalf liaising with the solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to ensure your case proceeds to completion as soon as possible. We charge a broker fee of £595. £95 payable on application and £500 payable upon completion. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
